A eficácia de um programa de treinamento CrossFit para melhorar a aptidão física de jovens judocas

O objetivo deste estudo piloto foi examinar a eficácia de um programa de treinamento baseado em CrossFit para melhorar a aptidão física geral e específica no esporte, de judocas de 10 a 12 anos de idade. O estudo foi realizado entre setembro de 2021 e fevereiro de 2022. O experimento de pesquisa pedagógica foi concebido para ser um macrociclo anual completo (setembro-junho). O presente estudo apresenta dados intermediários. Vinte participantes do sexo masculino (média de 3 anos de experiência esportiva; idade = 11 ± 0,64 anos) foram distribuídos aleatoriamente em um de dois grupos: treinamento baseado em CrossFit (experimental, n = 10) e treinamento tradicional (controle, n = 10). Os testes de linha de base foram conduzidos pelo pesquisador e incluíram testes de habilidades motoras e domínios gerais de aptidão física, incluindo flexões na parede e elevações de pernas, flexões, salto em distância, agachamentos, burpees, corrida de ida e volta e rolamentos para frente. Os testes específicos do judô incluíram arremessos de O Soto Gari e O Goshi. O treinamento baseado em CrossFit foi implementado duas vezes por semana durante 15 a 20 minutos no grupo experimental após o treinamento habitual. O grupo de controle realizou métodos tradicionais de treinamento de aptidão física para judocas com a mesma carga de treinamento em relação ao tempo. Os participantes do grupo experimental melhoraram significativamente nas elevações das pernas (p < 0,01), flexões (p < 0,05) e corrida de vaivém (p < 0,001); o grupo controle melhorou sua corrida de vaivém (p < 0,001). Apenas o grupo experimental melhorou no O Soto Gari (p < 0,01) e O Goshi (p < 0,05). Os resultados mostraram que o uso de treinamentos baseados em CrossFit teve um efeito positivo nas habilidades de velocidade-força, resistência de velocidade-força e força muscular de judocas de 10 a 12 anos de idade.
